Pin It I finally organized our fridge and freezer today and to my surprise my food waste is exactly the same as last week- just a couple of yucky strawberries! For some reason, the kiddos don't want to eat strawberries right now :( I have some more wilted but still edible, I'll add them to a smoothie (yes, with kale :) tonight! I finally tackled all the kale in a fridge- I used it in more smoothies, in lasagna and froze some. I still want to try making chips some time this week. Just didn't find time last week.
And this week we are eating:
Mon.- potatoes, chicken, salad
Tues.- eating at IKEA (kids eat free on Tuesday and we need to buy a few things)
Wed.- cheese quesadillas
Thurs.- zucchini pasta
Fr.- fritatta, some sort of a veggie
Sat.- coconut shrimp, rice, frozen veggies/ leftovers
Sun.- steak, sweet potato fries, salad
