Kids say the darnest things...

When I was a kid, I used to make up my own words...Oh, who am I kidding, I still do it :) My kids got it from me too. One of the most common right now in our family is to be "facebooked".

It started because my 6-year old doesn't just make up his own words, he says the funniest things too. So often when he says something, my husband posts it on his personal Facebook page for friends and family to see. So the other day my Kid said to his aunt : " I better stop talking, before I get facebooked"...

But I realized that Facebook is not enough. I really wanted to remember the gems he's saying, so last week I got a notebook, so I can write it all down (why didn't I think of this like 3 years ago??):

Here's just a few of the latest entries in it:

January 6th, 2013

Dad- Hey, your pants are on backwards...
Boy- Oh man, I knew something felt weird!

Dad, you are a stinker. You know how I know that you are a stinker? My brain told me so!

January 17th, 2013

Dad- I'm going to pinch your nose and take it right off.
Boy- No, Dad! I like smelling things!

Yeah, these boys really make my day every day. People say that laughter prolongs your life...they are surely working on it!! :)

I'll be back tomorrow with some yearly goals updates.

Have a good night everyone!!
